IT Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our Smart team in Morocco. You will play a key part in building our technology talent pipeline, supporting the growth of our IT and telecommunications projects.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for a variety of IT positions.
• Create, post, and manage job advertisements across relevant platforms.
• Screen resumes, evaluate qualifications, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Motivated, goal‑oriented and enjoys working toward targets.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and proficient in French and Arabic (written and spoken).
