HR Generalist

About the role

Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Generalist will ensure the plant has the talent and attitude needed to meet company goals. The role focuses on identifying training needs, managing recruitment, and supporting internal communication to maintain certifications and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyze training needs in line with company policy.
• Organize, support, and document training activities.
• Update training modules in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Produce and deliver internal training content.
• Track training KPIs and manage training budgets.
• Define recruitment needs and lead the full recruitment cycle, both internal and external.
• Facilitate onboarding of new hires.
• Monitor recruitment and promotion KPIs.
• Create and manage internal and external communication content.
• Ensure HR procedures are up‑to‑date and support certification and customer requirements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in HR Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of HR tools, legal and legislative matters.
• Leadership, organizational skills, and team spirit.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
