Junior Financial Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team in Casablanca. The role supports sustainable business growth through accurate margin analysis, balance‑sheet management and close collaboration with audit and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform deal margin analysis and apply necessary corrections.
• Manage balance‑sheet items related to margin adjustments.
• Handle accounting tasks for services divisions.
• Respond to business queries and provide data insights.
• Prepare data requests for Audit & SOX teams and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload effectively.
• Positive attitude with a desire to develop an accounting career.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
