Key Account & Other Tobacco Category Associate

About the role

JTI is looking for a motivated Key Account & Other Tobacco Category Associate to build deep knowledge of a new product category in Casablanca. You will become the go‑to expert, documenting best practices and supporting cross‑functional teams to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse market data, consumer trends and competitive intelligence for the new category.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain and other teams to gather insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor category performance, identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decisions.
• Provide training and ongoing support to internal stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and detail‑oriented.
• Fluent in Arabic, French and English.
