About the role
Join TUI’s Commercial Development team as a Local Tours Executive, driving competitive proposals and supporting the company’s digital transformation in Morocco. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end tour operations, ensuring high quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver competitive tour quotations and tailored commercial proposals within agreed deadlines.
- Manage end‑to‑end tour operations, including bookings, allocations, supplier coordination, and service delivery.
- Monitor tour performance, margins, customer satisfaction, and operational risks, implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Support client growth and retention through account management, sales development, and digital platform integration.
- Coordinate internal processes related to bookings, pre‑payments, ecobills, and operational follow‑up.
- Contribute to new product development, market analysis, and continuous improvement of the tours portfolio.
Required profile
- Proven experience in the tours and activities industry, particularly in product, commercial or operations roles.
- Strong local tours product knowledge with an end‑to‑end understanding from supply to operations.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written); additional languages such as German are a plus.
- Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Proactive, organised, with strong numerical and reasoning abilities.
