Manual QA Analyst – Remote (Part‑time)

About the role

Cafeyn is looking for a Manual QA Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of its web and mobile applications. You will work remotely on a part‑time basis, testing across iOS, Android, and web platforms to deliver a seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute manual tests on web and mobile (iOS/Android), including regression, sanity, and exploratory testing.
• Identify, document, and report critical and major bugs early in the development cycle.
• Write clear, structured test cases and test plans, and contribute to expanding test coverage.
• Collaborate daily with Product, Tech, Customer Care, and QA teams.
• Prioritize testing efforts based on impact, severity, and release timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manual QA Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with agile and scrum project environments.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
