Master Data Management Analyst (M/F)

About the role

The Master Data Management (MDM) team at Deloitte ensures the accuracy and reliability of master data used in SWIFT financial transactions. As an MDM Analyst, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high‑quality data across multiple domains.

Key responsibilities

• Review client and vendor workflow requests and verify data consistency between French and English versions.
• Confirm banking information changes with local vendors via telephone.
• Manage SWIFT master data elements such as vendors, clients, chart of accounts, profit/cost centers, and bank master records.
• Conduct routine data‑quality audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
• Participate in special projects aimed at improving service delivery and standardising master data across the DTTL network.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively while handling confidential information.
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and prioritisation skills.
• Good oral and written communication in both French and English.
• Location based in Casablanca.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of SAP (a plus).
• Understanding of master data concepts and data‑quality principles.
• Familiarity with SQL Server or other database systems.
