About the role
We are looking for a proactive Office Assistant to join our team in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai. The role provides essential administrative and front‑office support, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to management.
- Greet clients and guests professionally, offering refreshments and maintaining hospitality standards.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle documentation, filing, correspondence, and reports in both English and Arabic.
- Support day‑to‑day office coordination and assist with personal and office‑related tasks for management.
- Maintain confidentiality, organized record‑keeping, and internal communication.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management as needed.
Required profile
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work independently.
- Detail‑oriented, flexible, and proactive.

What we offer
- Gross salary AED 3,500 – AED 6,500 per month (depending on experience).
- Employment visa and basic medical insurance.
