Operations Manager – Field Operations (FMCG)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead field operations, data collection, and marketing activations within a fast‑paced FMCG environment. You will be responsible for ensuring flawless on‑ground campaign execution, high‑performance field teams, and actionable data insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, structure, and oversee field teams across multiple locations to achieve operational excellence.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor in‑store activations, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure accurate collection, consolidation, and analysis of field data; produce performance reports for strategic decisions.
• Manage, coach, and develop supervisors, merchandisers, and promoters, fostering continuous improvement.
• Design and implement processes to improve efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and control costs.
• Act as primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders, aligning objectives and delivering results.
• Maintain compliance with operational standards, processes, and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in field operations management, preferably in FMCG or retail marketing.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale activations and field teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results‑oriented.
• Fluency in English.
