Order Scheduler – Automotive Logistics

About the role

ALTEN Morocco is looking for an Order Scheduler to support daily order releasing based on the Master Production Plan. You will work closely with commercial and industrial teams to ensure smooth order flow for multiple carlines within the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Release daily orders according to the Master Production Plan while respecting commercial and industrial constraints.
• Plan orders for each carline or cluster of carlines and prepare for the transition to the new Order Planning System (OSS).
• Analyze pain points in order planning, propose solutions, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with commercial partners (country and central suppliers) and industrial stakeholders to align constraints and resources.
• Provide change‑management support and technical assistance during the deployment of new planning systems.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in logistics or a related field.
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in a similar role (internships accepted).
• Project‑management experience in the automotive industry, especially handling range modifications during serial production.
• Strong understanding of automotive production processes.
• Fast learning ability for new vehicle ranges and client distribution systems.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian for international interactions.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and Office automation tools.
• Familiarity with eLIADE, BO, Recadenceur, Pleiade, Locen, and OSS platforms.
