About the role
We are looking for an ambitious Outbound Sales Representative to join fast‑growing international tech companies. You will work remotely, generating qualified leads and booking meetings for account executives in the IT infrastructure space.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach and other channels.
- Identify, qualify and nurture prospects based on ideal client profiles.
- Schedule demos and meetings for sales teams.
- Run discovery calls to understand prospects' tech stack, cloud environment and business challenges.
- Communicate the value of solutions such as Cloud, SaaS, Networking, Cybersecurity and AI infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM systems.
- Stay up‑to‑date on trends like Hybrid Cloud, Edge Computing and digital transformation.
- Meet or exceed outreach, meeting‑booking and pipeline‑generation KPIs.
Required profile
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting or a customer‑facing role.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
- Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Professionalism, accountability and coachability.
- Stable internet connection and suitable remote work setup.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Apollo.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation or prospecting tools.
