People & Culture Business Partner – Global Regions

About the role

Grand Circle Corporation is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner for its Global Regions team, based in Morocco. The role works closely with senior leaders across Europe and Asia, delivering strategic and operational HR support in a multicultural, distributed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to regional and global leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.
• Translate global People & Culture strategies into locally relevant solutions across multiple countries.
• Support leaders through change initiatives, restructures, and transformation projects.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to plan and execute recruitment across regions.
• Lead succession planning, talent reviews, and development planning for key roles.
• Coach managers on performance management, feedback, career development, and leadership capability.
• Serve as the primary People & Culture contact for employee relations matters, advising on performance issues and conflict resolution.
• Promote employee engagement, culture, and an inclusive, high‑performance environment.
• Implement global policies at the regional level and ensure compliance with local labour laws.
• Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and reward principles aligned with market norms.
• Use people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to engagement and retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or People & Culture professional in a multinational setting.
• Strong understanding of local labour legislation and ability to ensure compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.
• Excellent coaching and advisory skills for managers and teams.
• Experience with talent management processes such as succession planning and performance reviews.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or distributed environment.
