Presales Manager (Telecom Solutions)

About the role

GMS is seeking a Presales Manager with strong telecom engineering expertise to partner closely with the sales team. You will help acquire new customers and expand opportunities with existing clients, driving revenue for our AI‑driven communication solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to identify and secure new business and upsell to current customers.
• Provide deep product and business knowledge to support sales engagements.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and feature requests to shape offerings.
• Communicate GMS’s value proposition and best‑in‑class services to internal teams and clients.
• Share insights and suggest improvements to processes, solutions, and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the telecommunications industry with engineering expertise in core network platforms, SMS & signaling, or voice firewalls.
• Fluent in English and French.
• University degree in Telecommunications or a related field.
• Ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Willingness to support projects across different time zones.
