About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Product Specialist to drive the growth of PaxeraHealth solutions across Morocco. The role combines market development, customer acquisition and technical sales support within the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new market opportunities and improve sales performance.
- Research organizations and individuals to generate new leads.
- Acquire new customers, expand long‑term relationships and conduct cold‑calling activities.
- Set sales objectives, forecast volumes and develop quotas for territories.
- Maintain accurate data on partners, accounts and activities, documenting all customer interactions.
- Sell to existing and potential direct accounts and support distribution partners throughout the sales cycle.
- Assess and optimise distribution channels, manage conflicts and align with territory plans.
- Plan, hire and train new Sales Representatives, participating in recruitment processes.
- Present PaxeraHealth product suite, features and benefits to prospects and internal stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets, foster collaborations with opinion leaders and manage competitor initiatives.
- Utilise CRM tools to manage pipelines, product presentations and quotations.
Required profile
- 5‑7 years of sales experience in Morocco, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering.
- Fluent in French, English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong oral and written communication, negotiation, time‑management and people‑orientation skills.
