Production Inspector – AQL – Berrechid

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Production Inspector to join its assembly line in Berrechid. You will be responsible for ensuring that automotive wiring harnesses meet strict quality standards and that production processes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all checks defined in the Quality Control plan and record data.
• Identify non‑conforming products using the "red card" process and provide immediate feedback to the line and WPA.
• Distribute and collect control charts (e.g., PDEK) and ensure proper documentation.
• Inspect 5S housekeeping, verify operator qualifications, and enforce the "OK to Start" procedure each shift.
• Check error‑proofing measures such as poka‑yoke, jigs, and sample tests.
• Validate packing completion, oversee in‑line and off‑line reworks, and audit final harness inspections.

Required profile

• Formal education in Quality Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Fluent in French and English.
