Production Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing activities within our Production Operations Department. The role ensures safe, efficient, and high‑quality production while supporting rapid growth in the new‑energy materials sector.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily production plans, allocate manpower, equipment, materials and monitor progress.
• Enforce safety rules, conduct inspections, and manage production abnormalities.
• Maintain product quality by monitoring key process parameters and reducing defect rates.
• Analyze production data to identify waste, improve efficiency, and contribute to cost‑reduction targets.
• Supervise and develop production operators, organize shift planning, and lead daily team meetings.
• Participate in trial runs for new lines, collaborate with technical teams, and support process optimization.
