Program Performance Engineer

About the role

The Program Performance Engineer will support vehicle integration and validation for Stellantis' Infotainment, Connectivity, Access, Security (ICAS) platform. You will own functional objective scorecards, lead attribute teams, and ensure voice‑of‑customer requirements are met throughout the vehicle development cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update functional objective scorecards for infotainment, connectivity, vehicle access, start and security features.
• Lead cross‑disciplinary teams to investigate root causes of vehicle issues and produce resolution documentation.
• Plan and execute ride‑and‑drive events, overnight evaluations, and field trips with diagnostic tools.
• Set vehicle‑specific performance targets based on competitive benchmarks, customer feedback, and industry knowledge.
• Manage the end‑to‑end development of ICAS features, ensuring timely delivery to vehicle milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related ABET‑accredited field.
• At least three years of engineering experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and proven leadership abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to summarize complex data and present findings clearly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAN tools.
• Experience using Radio/TBM logging tools.
• Ability to operate diagnostic tools for vehicle testing.
