Project Manager II

About the role

TE Connectivity is looking for a Project Manager II to lead sustaining engineering projects across its global operations. You will work with cross‑functional teams—including production, quality, finance and manufacturing—to ensure projects meet schedule, cost and customer expectations while supporting a safer, more sustainable world.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of sustaining project management from initiation to closure.
• Report project status and align progress with the approved plan.
• Conduct capacity increase analyses, evaluate legacy tool performance, and support ongoing business operations.
• Coordinate actions with operations teams to guarantee project alignment and execution.
• Collaborate with the NPI team to collect, analyze, and evaluate quotations for sustaining projects.
• Provide senior management with updates on opportunities and project progress.

Required profile

• Master's degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Manufacturing Engineer in the automotive industry.
• Proven ability to own decisions, think strategically and drive results in demanding environments.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and presentation abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all organizational levels.
