Production Coordinator – Assembly Operations

About the role

The Production Coordinator will lead assembly operations at Lear's Kenitra plant, ensuring that efficiency, quality and service targets are met while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor efficiency, quality and service objectives for the assigned area.
• Manage manufacturing scheduling and supervise production teams to achieve on‑time delivery.
• Allocate human and material resources to meet production plans.
• Oversee product start‑ups, modifications and shutdowns, controlling waste and maintaining a clean workshop.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (ISO 45001) and support environmental management (ISO 14001).
• Collaborate with all departments to sustain ISO TS 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
• Balance workload and capacity, guaranteeing customer delivery deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Proven ability to work independently and take responsibility for results.
• Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to lead cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 45001 occupational health and safety standards.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 environmental management system.
• Understanding of ISO TS 16949 automotive quality management requirements.
