Quality Engineer

About the role

Versigent is seeking a Quality Engineer to join its global, diverse team working on advanced compute and sensing products for the mobility sector. The role focuses on product quality control, manufacturing process oversight, and continuous improvement through audits and corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer complaints in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee the application of EOS systems and related procedures.
• Analyze customer product quality requirements and ensure compliance.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes together with the Engineering Department.
• Validate production means, implement periodic equipment inspections, and develop audit plans.
• Maintain and update quality documentation.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or Master’s in Quality or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of experience in the automotive industry or a similar environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Proactive attitude, sense of responsibility and availability.

Required skills

• Knowledge of quality standards.
• Problem‑solving methodologies: 5 Steps, 8D, Fishbone analysis.
• Experience with EOS systems and procedures.
