Recruitment Analyst – Admin & Onboarding (Morocco)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Analyst focused on admin and onboarding operations for new hires in Morocco. The role combines end‑to‑end onboarding management, compliance auditing, and project‑driven process improvement, leveraging digital tools such as Workday.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full onboarding cycle for new hires, coordinating with HR, IT, Payroll, Facilities and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth Day 1 experience.
• Drive digital onboarding workflows in Workday, optimizing automation and reducing manual steps.
• Collect, verify, and store pre‑employment documents (ID, education, employment history, background checks) in compliance with local labor and data‑privacy laws.
• Maintain auditable onboarding records and support internal or external audits.
• Lead improvement projects aimed at digitalization, process efficiency, and KPI‑based performance tracking.
• Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to align onboarding standards and compliance practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment operations with a strong focus on onboarding.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Moroccan labor regulations and onboarding compliance.
• Proven project‑management experience delivering operational improvements.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.

Required skills

• Workday (or comparable enterprise HRIS) proficiency.
