Remote Appointment Setter (MA)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, results‑driven Appointment Setter to engage potential customers, qualify leads and schedule meetings for our sales team. The role is fully remote and focuses on generating qualified appointments through outbound outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospects via phone, email, social media and other channels.
• Introduce the company’s products or services in a professional manner.
• Qualify leads by assessing needs, interest and fit.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, consultations or demos for sales representatives.
• Maintain follow‑up with prospects to minimise no‑shows.
• Record all interactions and activities accurately in the CRM.
• Manage calendars and coordinate appointment times between prospects and sales staff.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly appointment‑setting targets.
• Provide feedback on prospect responses and common objections.

Required profile

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, outbound sales or lead generation.
• Proven ability to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home‑office setup.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Comfortable using email, phone and calendar tools.
