Reservations Agent – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Reservations Agent will be the first point of contact for guests and business partners, handling all reservation inquiries and ensuring a seamless booking experience that reflects Amanjena’s ultra‑luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to telephone and e‑mail reservation requests on the same day, verifying availability and rates.
• Record, modify, and cancel reservations in the hotel system, and send confirmed letters after manager validation.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, using sales techniques to promote amenities.
• Coordinate guest requests with all hotel departments and communicate any irregularities, VIP arrivals, or complaints to the Reservations Manager.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security for all guest information.
• Follow departmental procedures with honesty, rigor, and attention to detail.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong interpersonal and guest‑relation abilities.
• Flexible, adaptable and detail‑oriented.
