About the role
G Adventures is looking for a Reservations Coordinator to join its Europe, Turkey & Israel reservations team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will be responsible for processing bookings, handling changes and cancellations, and providing administrative support to ensure a smooth customer experience across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately complete reservations, validations, last‑minute requests and cancellations.
- Maintain and update reservation tools such as block sheets and validation reports.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure compliance with G Adventures processes.
- Provide administrative assistance to Global Sales and Base Camp Operations, answering enquiries and handling tasks as needed.
- Manage last‑minute booking changes and ensure timely communication with customers.
- Support special projects and assist reservations managers in negotiating reduced cancellation charges.
- Assist finance with invoice queries and related tasks.
- Answer phone calls professionally and respond to emails within 24 hours.

- Strong attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
