Sales Advisor (Key Holder)

About the role

Join Samsonite’s Ashford Store as a Sales Advisor and Key Holder, working part‑time (20 hours per week) with overtime opportunities. You will help customers find the right travel solutions while supporting store operations and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Customer service: identify travel needs, recommend Samsonite products, provide accurate product information, and follow Smiles Selling Standards.
• Store performance: stay informed on store communications, understand budget and KPIs, and report information that contributes to store success.
• Stock management: assist with stock handling, ensure correct pricing, minimize shrinkage, and coordinate stock movements with the central retail team.
• Human resources: support training, coaching, motivation, and development of staff to foster team spirit.
• Operations: follow cash handling, opening/closing, till procedures, maintain store cleanliness, and uphold merchandising standards.
