Sales Operations Associate Manager

About the role

Arrow Global Components is seeking a Sales Operations Associate Manager to lead a team of Sales Operations Associates. In this role you will ensure high‑quality, accurate and efficient sales support, including quoting and BSA management, while driving process improvements and supporting internal stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, develop and manage a team of Sales Operations Associates.
• Monitor performance, provide regular feedback and conduct annual appraisals.
• Prioritize tasks and ensure timely, high‑quality execution of daily sales support activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements and standardisation initiatives.
• Lead change management and continuous improvement projects.
• Support innovation and operational‑excellence initiatives.
• Handle people‑management administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with internal functions to deliver effective sales support.

Required profile

• Fluent English (minimum C1 level, spoken and written).
• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, order management or a similar operational environment.
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a proactive and innovative approach.
• Experience in supply‑chain or people management is a plus.
