Sales Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. This remote position allows you to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while working independently.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers through calls, email, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Generate new sales opportunities and maintain a consistent pipeline.
• Contact prospects to understand needs and present suitable products or services.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demos and discovery calls as required.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations and sales presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and agreements within company guidelines.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to move opportunities forward.
• Accurately manage leads and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand‑over to delivery or support.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, business development, account management or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a structured sales pipeline.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently as part of a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote‑work setup.
• Professional, proactive attitude with fluency in English.
