Service Sales Support Representative – French Speaker

About the role

Eaton is seeking a French‑speaking Service Sales Support Representative to join its Casablanca team. The role focuses on driving service revenue, managing quotations, and delivering a seamless customer experience across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Eaton’s distributed services and products via phone and email.
• Create service quotations and follow up until a purchase order is received.
• Proactively engage customers based on leads to increase service revenue.
• Develop deep knowledge of the product portfolio to maximize sales potential.
• Build and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, product, technical support and marketing teams.
• Organize regular forecast and progress meetings with sales and channel managers.
• Take ownership of selected accounts, including contract renewals and upselling.
• Identify data accuracy issues and escalate as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management or a related field.
• Experience in sales support, customer service or inside sales.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to manage high volumes of work and prioritize tasks.
• Proactive mindset to identify data gaps and propose improvements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Advanced Excel skills for tracking, analysis and reporting.
