About the role
We are seeking a commercially strong and proactive Sales Specialist to drive growth within our logistics operations. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, managing existing relationships, and supporting operational coordination when required.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new customer relationships and identify business opportunities in logistics sectors.
- Manage commercial activities, follow‑up with customers and ensure timely communication.
- Prepare quotations, pricing studies and analyse transport cost structures.
- Support finished vehicle logistics operations and coordinate with operations teams and subcontractors.
- Monitor market trends and customer expectations to inform strategy.
- Contribute to revenue growth and profitability targets.
Required profile
- University degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in logistics, transport, freight forwarding or sales operations.
- Experience in finished vehicle logistics is highly preferred.
- Existing customer portfolio or network is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Very good verbal and written English; French is a plus.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
