About the role

Join Salesforce as a Customer Success Manager for the Signature Success plan, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will act as a strategic partner to high‑value customers, helping them maximize the value of the platform through proactive guidance and coordinated support.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as trusted advisor for Signature Success customers, aligning business goals with Salesforce capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with IT and business executives across the customer organization.
  • Guide customers through adoption of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, delivering proactive recommendations from the Signature catalogue.
  • Provide insight on new features, releases and help mitigate risks during major changes.
  • Support communication and coordination during high‑severity incidents and critical peak events, ensuring transparent updates and expectation management.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in customer success or account management within a SaaS or CRM environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate customer objectives into platform solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across internal product, support and engineering teams.

Required skills

  • Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) knowledge.
