About the role
Glovo is looking for a Senior Account Manager to drive growth with top food partners in Morocco. You will own the end‑to‑end relationship with strategic partners, ensuring they have the tools, insights and support needed to succeed on our hyper‑local marketplace.
Key responsibilities
- Manage strategic partner relationships, including P&L tracking, product integration, and co‑marketing initiatives.
- Onboard new partners, providing training and resources to launch quickly.
- Monitor partner performance, analyze KPIs, and implement month‑over‑month growth strategies.
- Lead partnership renegotiations to secure sustainable economics for both parties.
- Gather partner feedback and translate it into product, marketing, and operational improvements.
- Oversee partner assortment and category management.
- Prepare and present performance dashboards and reports.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, business consulting, or entrepreneurship.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on root‑cause problem solving.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Customer‑obsessed, proactive, detail‑oriented, and inclusive.
- Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
Required skills
- Analytical tools for KPI tracking and reporting.
