About the role
The Commercial Coordinator supports Roche’s sales team by ensuring smooth commercial operations. Working closely with field staff, the role coordinates site visits, customer meetings and assists in implementing sales strategies to meet company goals.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate field operations, including site visits, customer meetings and on‑site project management.
- Assist in developing and implementing commercial strategies.
- Support business development and client relationship management.
- Conduct market research and gather competitor, customer and industry data.
- Prepare proposals, contracts and other sales documentation.
- Monitor sales projects to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records and related documentation.
- Track and analyse sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate commercial activities and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac + 3) in Science, Management or equivalent.
- Experience in commercial support or field coordination.
- Preferably experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) market.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities with attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Advanced Excel skills.
