About the role

As a Senior Delivery AI Software Engineer within BCG X, you will partner closely with consulting teams to design and deliver advanced AI‑driven software solutions. You will apply modern development practices to create value for BCG’s consulting, product, and practice areas, supporting both short‑term prototypes and long‑term enterprise initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with consulting and product teams to gather requirements and translate business logic into robust code.
• Design, develop, test, and deliver web‑based applications using modern software development methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship, ensuring adherence to security, reusability, and maintainability standards.
• Lead proofs of concept, minimum viable products, and long‑term enterprise‑grade development projects.
• Stay current with emerging open‑source technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
