Senior DevSecOps Engineer

About the role

DXC Technology Morocco is looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to strengthen automation, security and deployment processes within its Digital Factory Services. You will work on GitLab CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code and cloud‑native environments, ensuring that security is built in from the start.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance and secure GitLab CI/CD workflows, applying compliance and best‑practice standards.
• Implement security controls in Terraform‑based cloud deployments.
• Develop Python automation scripts for compliance monitoring, remediation and reporting.
• Manage multi‑cloud orchestration using CloudBolt Blueprints.
• Promote DevSecOps practices such as secure coding, vulnerability scanning and automated security checks.
• Explore AI‑driven security automation by integrating OpenAI APIs for threat detection and remediation recommendations.

Required profile

• 9‑14 years of professional experience in DevSecOps or related fields.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong hands‑on experience with GitLab CI/CD, Terraform and Ansible (10+ years).
• Proven ability to implement security controls in cloud environments.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve processes.
