Senior Manager, Indicator Enablement

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Senior Manager, Indicator Enablement to lead the design, development, and delivery of its global indicator framework and related digital products. The role sits within the AI, Data and Digital function and works closely with the Data Insights team to ensure that standardized indicators drive evidence‑based decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Indicator Library product, steering feature development and ensuring usability for field teams.
• Manage the global outcome and output indicator framework and integrate it with strategic dashboards.
• Collaborate with Breakthrough leads and senior thematic leaders to align measurement standards with strategic priorities.
• Facilitate consensus on indicator definitions, push back when necessary, and communicate the value of comparable data.
• Oversee related products such as management tools, dashboards, and future initiatives like a Form Library.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams at the country‑office level in Operations, Technical Excellence, or MEAL.
• Deep understanding of how measurement works in field programmes and the ability to translate strategic goals into practical indicators.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the gravitas to influence senior leaders.
