SEO Specialist – B2B Lead Generation

About the role

Redwerk is looking for a goal‑oriented SEO Specialist to own and improve organic performance across its service and commercial pages. You will focus on high‑intent keywords in the US and EU markets, driving qualified B2B leads and measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an SEO strategy for IT outsourcing and software development services.
• Conduct keyword research targeting commercial and decision‑stage queries.
• Optimize service, technology‑specific, and landing pages.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits, resolve indexing and crawl issues via Google Search Console.
• Improve internal linking, content structure, and backlink profile.
• Set up and manage GA4 events, conversion tracking, and funnel analysis.
• Analyze funnels to measure SEO impact on qualified leads.
• Conduct competitor analysis in US and EU IT markets.
• Create clear SEO tasks for copywriters and developers.
• Implement AI‑driven workflows for research, content optimization, data analysis, and reporting.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience in IT outsourcing or B2B tech services.
• Proven track record of driving SEO results tied to qualified leads, not just traffic.
• Experience working with US and/or EU markets.
• Strong understanding of commercial intent and B2B marketing funnels.
• Solid technical SEO fundamentals and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from an SEO perspective.
