Client Service Executive

About the role

Worldpanel by Numerator is looking for a Client Service Executive to join its Casablanca team. You will become the go‑to analyst for client data requests, supporting the Client Service Team with accurate, timely insights that help brands understand shopper behaviour.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse data sets, identify patterns and translate findings into clear stories for client presentations.
• Assist in preparing and delivering client presentations, developing basic decks and visualisations.
• Support clients in locating and using existing data through regular reports, database structures and other deliverables.
• Take ownership of client requests, ensuring timely and accurate production of reports and databases.
• Prepare meeting materials for client meetings and handle follow‑up actions.
• Maintain high precision and attention to detail when retrieving data from internal databases and software.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic, French and English.
• Strong interest in decoding consumer and shopper behaviour.
• Ability to work independently while being an active, flexible team member.
• Positive, inquisitive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
