Service Desk Agent – Fluent Italian and French

About the role

The Service Desk Agent provides phone and electronic assistance to users, troubleshooting hardware, software, network and peripheral issues. The role involves diagnosing problems, documenting requests, and advising users on IT policies to ensure maximum uptime.

Key responsibilities

• Identify issues, investigate root causes and recommend solutions.
• Provide technical guidance via telephone and email.
• Screen, refer and diagnose internal PC maintenance inquiries.
• Prepare help‑desk incident reports and assist in hardware/software evaluation.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve online system problems promptly.

Required profile

• University education, preferably a technical degree or Microsoft certifications.
• Up to two years of experience with Microsoft operating systems (local and remote administration) and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience delivering remote IT support.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Fluency in Italian and French.
• Willingness to work shift schedules.
