About the role
The Brink’s Company is seeking an accomplished Solution Support Specialist to bring its Digital Retail Solutions (DRS) portfolio to life for commercial customers. This position sits at the intersection of product and sales, partnering closely with sales teams and customers to position, tailor, and sell DRS solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the go‑to product expert supporting sales during customer engagements, RFPs, proposals, and PoCs.
- Translate solution capabilities into customer value stories and commercial positioning.
- Participate in discovery sessions, sales meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Pricing on complex or non‑standard offers.
- Understand and qualify customer pain points to tailor DRS solutions and define solution strategy.
- Develop proposals, solution designs, configurations, and unique selling propositions.
- Engage with customers during PoC phases, defining success criteria and measuring outcomes.
- Capture customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with product team leaders to align on strategy, capabilities, and roadmap.
- Support go‑to‑market execution through content creation, training, and collateral development.
Required profile
- Proven experience partnering with sales teams and customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Ability to translate technical product features into clear business value.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for discovery sessions and demos.
- Experience handling complex, multi‑country opportunities and RFP processes.
- Collaborative mindset to work with product, pricing, and sales stakeholders.
