Solutions Engineer (French‑Speaking, Remote – Morocco)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Solutions Engineer based in Morocco to support our AI‑first recruitment platform across French‑speaking markets in EMEA and Africa. The role is fully remote and focuses on configuring the product, optimizing AI interview agents, and building a local community of users.

Key responsibilities

• Own a queue of customer tickets, configure Autoflows, integrations and bot interactions to meet client requirements.
• Audit existing setups, optimise performance, response quality and adoption.
• Run weekly technical check‑ins with recruitment managers in France, Morocco and other Francophone markets.
• Translate customer pain points into platform changes and set realistic expectations.
• Organise monthly in‑person meet‑ups for Talkpush users in Casablanca or Rabat.
• Review and optimise AI interview agent configurations, spotting performance issues before customers do.

Required profile

• Background in technical support (Level 2/3), configuration‑heavy roles, business analysis or development with customer‑facing duties.
• Native or fluent French, strong professional English; Arabic is a plus.
• Resilient, patient and able to handle detailed, repetitive work with enterprise customers.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working alone for extended periods.
