As a Spa Therapist at Hilton you will brighten guests’ days by delivering professional spa treatments that embody the brand’s hospitality values. You will work in a vibrant hotel environment, ensuring each guest leaves feeling relaxed and cared for.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience.
• Provide a range of beauty services including massages, body treatments, facials, manicures, and pedicures in line with the spa menu and quality standards.
• Maintain spotless treatment areas, tools, and equipment, adhering to sanitation and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage inventory of products and tools, ensuring proper storage and adequate stock levels.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, skincare techniques, and product knowledge to enhance service quality.
• Support daily spa operations and assist with general duties as needed.
• Accurately complete required documentation related to services, sanitation, and compliance.
