Reservations Supervisor – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca and Four Seasons Resort Marrakech are seeking a Cluster Reservations Supervisor. The role is the first point of contact for repeat and future guests, overseeing selling, upselling and providing accurate reservation information. You will lead a team to capture sales from calls and emails while ensuring guest satisfaction through personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Train and develop reservations staff and cross‑train other operations personnel.
• Control room and rate availability to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Collaborate with the Sales Department on group bookings, maintain files, and follow up on special instructions.
• Manage suite reservations with the Front Office Manager, handling corporate clients, VIPs, Elite, HRG and return guests.
• Prepare and distribute occupancy and revenue forecasts, keeping department heads informed of changes.
• Produce daily reports on return guests, VIP lists, and arrivals.
• Ensure reservation confirmations are communicated to stakeholders each day.
• Maintain staff knowledge of rooms, selling techniques, hotel facilities, services, and special guest requests.
• Handle guest complaints and keep senior management updated on actions taken.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
• Excellent time‑management, oral, verbal and written communication skills.
