About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to drive our Sales CSS activities across West and Central Africa. You will support the regional sales team, coordinate with partners and ensure smooth commercial operations.
Key responsibilities
- Support the sales team in developing and managing business activities across West & Central Africa.
- Prepare and follow up on commercial quotations and customer requests.
- Coordinate with partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Monitor sales opportunities, renewals, and commercial follow‑ups.
- Ensure proper order processing and follow‑up until invoicing.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and commercial reporting.
- Lead and support Inside Sales activities within the region.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Sales or Information Technology.
- 1‑3 years of experience in a sales support or inside sales role.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
