Technical Business Analyst

About the role

DataFlo Systems is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to act as the bridge between clients and the delivery team. You will translate ambiguous business problems into clear, buildable specifications, design user interfaces, manage project delivery, conduct functional testing, and own the client relationship from kickoff through training and go‑live. The first assignment will be an ERP integration for a multi‑branch distribution client.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements workshops with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with development and commercial teams to scope, estimate and price projects.
• Create wireframes and clickable mockups using Figma or similar tools.
• Convert client needs into detailed specifications for developers.
• Project‑manage multiple concurrent client projects.
• Perform functional testing and validate builds against specifications.
• Maintain end‑to‑end client communication, expectations and quality standards.
• Conduct training sessions to onboard client teams on delivered systems.
• Support pre‑sales technical discovery for new prospects.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in business analysis, functional consulting or IT project management.
• Fluent in French, Arabic and English.
• Technically literate without being a developer.
• Comfortable designing wireframes and clickable prototypes in Figma or equivalent.

Required skills

• Figma (or equivalent UI/UX prototyping tool).
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Sage, Odoo, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with project‑management tools like Jira, Linear, Notion or ClickUp.
