Technical Trainer – Mobility Aftermarket

About the role

Robert Bosch Morocco is seeking a Technical Trainer for its Mobility Aftermarket division in Casablanca. The role combines technical field service, workshop development, and business growth initiatives to support Bosch’s automotive after‑sales network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technical responsibility for assigned countries, including service, technical training, hotline support and workshop concepts.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver technical training programmes such as Train‑the‑Trainer and end‑user sessions.
• Develop vocational training centres – set up equipment, curricula and technical infrastructure.
• Implement Bosch test equipment service concepts and monitor warranty management processes at partner workshops.
• Support and expand the Bosch Service Network, ensuring compliance with corporate identity standards and conducting audits, quality analyses and corrective actions.
• Lead turnover growth initiatives, propose value packages (spare parts, diagnostics hardware/software, training) and manage related projects.
• Monitor workshop turnover, KPIs and business performance, and contribute to business planning.
• Plan and execute audits of diesel test benches to ensure accuracy, reliability and compliance.
• Conduct regular market visits, maintain relationships with OEM/OES partners and demonstrate workshop test equipment.
