About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic telemarketers to join our call centre in Casablanca. The position is open to both beginners and experienced sales professionals and offers a competitive base salary with uncapped bonuses.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate phone contact with prospective and existing customers.
- Present and promote company products or services.
- Conduct sales transactions remotely and meet defined sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes.
Required profile
- Strong oral communication and active listening abilities.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve objectives.
- Basic computer proficiency.
