About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic telemarketers to join our call centre in Casablanca. The position is open to both beginners and experienced sales professionals and offers a competitive base salary with uncapped bonuses.

Key responsibilities

  • Initiate phone contact with prospective and existing customers.
  • Present and promote company products or services.
  • Conduct sales transactions remotely and meet defined sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes.

Required profile

  • Strong oral communication and active listening abilities.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve objectives.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
