Tool & Die Maker III

About the role

TE is seeking a skilled Tool & Die Maker III to join our manufacturing team. You will work with diverse colleagues to design, fabricate, and maintain high‑quality tooling that supports safe, sustainable production.

Key responsibilities

• Identify tool specifications and recommend design or material revisions.
• Modify control speed and material selections to meet precise machine requirements.
• Fabricate complete tools or individual parts using mills and lathes based on tooling prints, blueprints, and product drawings.
• Adjust tooling to achieve close tolerances and ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Perform quality checks, document results, and collaborate with maintenance to repair machines and tools.
• Troubleshoot mold issues during production and support equipment to minimize downtime.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of related experience.
• High school diploma; vocational training or an AA degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation, and teamwork.
