Training Associate Internship – Learning & Development

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Training Associate Intern to support our Learning & Development initiatives. This remote internship is ideal for psychology or related students who want hands‑on experience in instructional design, employee development, and talent management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating training modules, presentations, guides, and other learning resources.
• Conduct research to inform training content and best practices.
• Organize and maintain training documentation and learning materials.
• Develop quizzes, assessments, worksheets, and interactive learning activities.
• Support onboarding and continuous learning program design.
• Coordinate training schedules and handle administrative tasks.
• Gather learner feedback and help evaluate training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to improve content.
• Participate in additional L&D projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent research, organizational, and documentation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with Canva.
• Experience using PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of e‑learning tools (advantageous).
