Valuation & Business Modeling Intern

About the role

Join PwC's Deals team as a Valuation & Business Modeling Intern. You will support the delivery of valuation analyses for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring projects, helping clients make informed strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing valuation models and financial analyses for a variety of transactions.
• Gather and analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends and assess deal risks.
• Support the preparation of client deliverables, including reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure quality and accuracy of work.
• Contribute to research on market and industry benchmarks.

Required profile

• Strong academic background with a focus on finance, accounting or related fields.
